Recipe idea: biscoff cheesecake

Ingredients:

Crushed caramelised speculoos biscuits (like PureGusto Italian Caramelised Speculoos Biscuits x 300) for a rich Biscoff-style base
Melted butter to bind the biscuit crust
Cream cheese + double cream for a smooth cheesecake filling
Biscoff spread (or caramelised biscuit spread) for signature flavour
Optional topping: extra biscuit crumbs or melted spread

Method:

Crush the caramelised biscuits and mix with melted butter, then press firmly into a tin to form the base.
Beat cream cheese with sugar, then add cream and Biscoff spread until smooth.
Spread the filling over the chilled biscuit base and level the surface.
Chill for 4–6 hours until set, then decorate with melted spread and biscuit crumbs.
