Returns & Exchanges

At Discount Coffee Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew; if your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns on items that are still in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened coffee products in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our Dublin warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to ensure seals are intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
