How long does delivery take within Ireland?
We offer fast nationwide delivery. Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day, with most customers receiving their coffee within 1-2 working days.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Our beans are sourced from Rainforest Alliance certified farms and ethical cooperatives to ensure fair wages for farmers and environmental protection.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for businesses?
Absolutely. Discount Coffee Ireland provides bulk discounts for cafes, offices, and restaurants. Please contact our sales team to set up a trade account.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Is your coffee ground or whole bean?
We cater to all preferences. Most of our range is available as either whole beans for home grinding or pre-ground specifically for espresso, filter, or cafetière brewing.
