• 15ml MONIN Pure Cane Sugar syrup

• 20ml MONIN Rantcho concentrate

• 40ml gin

• 100ml soda water

Pour all ingredients except soda water in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake. Strain into a collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
